Abundance. The plentifulness of good things. Health, relationships, career, prosperity. To be human is to strive for more. There's ample advice on how to create abundance. We need to have positive thoughts and believe in ourselves.

For most of us, it's not so easy to just start being positive all the time. Confident everything will work out the way we want. After all, our thought patterns are formed as young children. And if we grew up with people who had a negative outlook on life, we're likely to have one too.
Our subconscious minds are in the driver's seat of our lives and we're in the passenger seats.
Thinking Vitamins are sticky ideas, mantras and perspective shifts on how the world works. When you practice them over time, your subconscious has no choice but to become more positive in its thinking and take you in the direction of more success.
