Thinking Vitamins
What if pursuing purposeful prosperity through fresh ideas was our best chance for creating a happier and healthier world? It's a bold idea and it's the one behind season two of the Thinking Vitamins podcast.
Season 2 on Thinking Vitamins
We know our realities are created by what we think about. Spiritualists have been teaching this for centuries. Science is now illustrating how.
It stands to reason if we don't like what's going on around us, we'd be wise to tackle the problem at the root. Our thinking, changing our thoughts is easier said than done. We have a culture that has trained us to be self-critical, critical of others, self-depreciating.
My mission with the Thinking Vitamins podcast is to get you thinking about what you're thinking about, and replace ideas that don't create the life you want with ones that do.
This season explores the topics of:
- Magic Words
- Rethinking Regret
- Money and Meaning
- Cooking Therapy
- Free Wellness
- The Plus Side of Anxiety
- Life Resets
- Stories AI Can't Tell
- Questions Versus Answers
- Turning the Chakras Upside Down
If you have any questions, feedback or ideas for future episodes, I'd love to hear from you. You can reach me at podcast@jillmccabe.com. I'm your host Jill McAbe, and thank you for listening to the Thinking Vitamins podcast.
I believe our collective future depends on your success.
